Healthcare Air Compressor design was the brief from our client was to redesign their existing Airflo product, complete with remote ensuring that it would last many years in demanding healthcare and medical environments.
On a daily basis the Airflo could be exposed to rigorous emergency and home care situations.
The Airflo system by Mangar Health is a low pressure air compressor which has been designed to inflate the Mangar Health CAMEL and ELK lifting equipment through a 4-Way hand control. The 4-Way hand control is supplied with the CAMEL and ELK.
Working alongside the highly experienced Mangar team who have supplied product into the healthcare market for many years, resulted in a highly ergonomic product with an emphasis on a clean lines and improved performance.
The final design of the Mangar Healthcare Air Compressor was fully designed, developed and manufactured through Papa Bravo from initial concept and streamlined through design for manufacture as per Clearway 2.
Due to the extensive knowledge at Papa Bravo in plastic injection moulding and using a progressive product development process the final article is manufactured complete, boxed with user manual and supplied direct to our client with all relevant approvals all fully testing to the required global standards.
