Producing a 3D model
Once the concept has been refined and the design has been proven out it’s now time to produce a 3D model.
At Papa Bravo we run CAD (computer aided design) software which enables us to transfer our prototype and concept information into a 3D data file.
Creating a 3D file enables us to manipulate and adjust the design at any given point during the development process. This file will also serve as the core manufacturing data that will be used at the end of the design process.

We undergo a detailed development process, during which we create multiple iterations and further functional prototypes that stay true to the initial design intent.
By taking the idea through to manufacturable data, we’re able to develop a refined and purposeful final design that balances function, innovation and aesthetic.
Analysis & simulation
Predict a product or components real world physical behaviours by virtual testing your 3D models. This approach is a great way to observe any weaknesses or failures in the part early in the design process. We have the tools and capabilities in-house to run simulation software and analyse your 3D data.
Our mechanical team have years of experience simulating tests, analysing 3D data and offering helpful design advice which can improve the structural integrity and efficiency when it comes to manufacturing your parts.
