Products for demanding environments
Industrial sited products need to be developed with a clear understanding of the operational environments in which they will be used and the usage challenges that they will have to endure.
Papa Bravo understands the demands on rugged products and are very familiar with demanding environmental challenges such as high impact, vibration loadings, extremes of temperature, humidity and a frequent need to seal against water and particulate ingress.
Building and testing rigs early in the development cycle will confirm the capability of the proposed design in each of these areas and help us to manage the development risk.

Unlike many of our competitors, the Papa Bravo design and engineering team are comfortable working on larger scale products and assemblies.
With many years of experience delivering heavy duty plant assembly systems means that we are highly knowledgeable about the strengths and limitations of the processes and materials used in the manufacture and construction of such products.
Design for manufacture
The foundations for the transition into manufacture are laid out very early in our product design process, in fact we can even handle it for you.
Either utilising our factory in Asia, whom we have been supplying product from for over 8 years or alternatively early engagement of identified manufacturing and supply partners will help us to tailor the product and specific design details to exactly match the way that manufacture, assemble and testing of your product is performed. We also have the experience and capabilities to design any necessary production equipment, jigs and fixtures as a parallel activity with tooling.
Where parts are to be injection moulded, we can apply our comprehensive suite of moulding simulation and analysis tools to support manufacturers and further de-risk the translation of our design intent into production.
