Making your ideas a reality
Industrial Design as a stage within the product design process becomes active once the final details of an approach have been decided upon and a brief has been fully defined and captured. Considerations such as who the target market is, what are competitors doing and why product development is required are crucial to build an understanding of what the end objectives are. Once confident that prior research has identified these key factors, the conceptual work can begin.
At Papa Bravo, we follow a methodical and iterative method of exploring product ideas through utilising our facilities and skills in-house, taking concepts through to a manufacture-ready state. With a multidisciplinary team of designers and engineers we are able to draw together a range of concept ideas through collective brainstorming, challenging one another creatively and pushing beyond existing boundaries.
We have a strong belief in the pentamode philosophy which recognises the need to work with those with expertise in tool design, mould design, material selection and processing from the offset of projects, continually fuelling our consideration of manufacture from the beginning of the industrial design process. Following a rigorous selection process where we filter down potential concepts based upon their merits aesthetics, technical feasibility and commercial potential in meeting the brief, we continue to iterate the design through CAD modelling and prototyping techniques.
To complete the preparation of a product, we offer a branding and packaging design service, further utilising our design, development and prototyping skills.
With a sharp and keen eye for detail and an awareness of product branding and marketing methods, we are fully capable of ensuring the final product is supported by a visually appealing logo, brand, internal instruction and packaging design, making it stand out from its respective competitors and position within the marketplace.
