Directors Alex and Richard founded Papa Bravo in 2008 to develop ideas, engineer problems and launch products from small and global businesses to entrepreneurial loan inventors.

So there are plenty of other Product Design Consultancies out there but what sets us apart?

“That’s a great question”…

We are experts when it comes to designing products around manufacturing constraints or processes.

Unlike many of our competitors our team have in-house toolmaking experience coupled with manufacturing and machine operating knowledge which sets us apart from the competition. Not only will we design your product around the most efficient and low cost processes, but we can also design out or design in features to reduce the complexity in manufacture or assembly saving time and money.

Expertise Manufacturing Design

This level of experience can only be acquired in the tool shop in a very hands-on environment. There are books, manuals and data-sheets but unfortunately there is no substitute for the real thing. We assess the tooling challenges early on during the design stage of the project enabling us to for-see any problems and design around these before handing the data over to the manufacturer. This can help you reduce the number of DFM change requests and help to speed up the mould design process and in turn your part production.

Powerspin Design Product

In a nutshell not only will your product look great but it will be designed and optimised to suit the best manufacturing process in the most efficient way at the lowest cost.
