We were approached by Moneypenny who needed a complete webcam / lighting / alert system package to facilitate, support and improve their very successful call handling customer service and sales outsourcing business.
With the current best combined solution being a visually careless, imposing piece of gear of which Dr. Frankenstein would be proud and everything else taking the “whatever is available” route…..the result is Customer Agents using differing equipment of varying quality leading to zero cohesion, random quality & messy desks!!! Not great when you are outsourcing to prominent clients and becoming their font end….their “face”.
The challenge was to offer the key functions needed for the call within a single point product package that could be easily set up for consistent high level call experience and all in a more cohesive visually pleasing product with simplicity and quality performance at its core.
Sleeker and less demanding of desk real estate next to the monitor on the agents’ desk and more importantly place it, plug it and every call quality is the same!!
